Building the Movement: An Exciting New Project at NCRW

Help us spread the word to Emerging Leaders in Nonprofits:

NCRW is pleased to announce a new project focused on Building the Next Generation of Women Leaders in the Nonprofit Sector. Funded by the American Express Foundation, the program will encourage young women to enter the nonprofit arena, and provide training and sustained support to become leaders.

Emerging Leaders Network

The National Council for Research on Women's Emerging Leaders Network Program supports entry to mid-level professionals in their efforts to develop leadership skills and build partnerships. The Network is currently developing programs relevant to both the corporate and nonprofit sectors.

The Program consists of four distinct but interrelated projects:

  • Amex Fellows Program: Building the Next Generation of Women Leaders in the NonProfit Sector
  • Emerging Leaders Network: NonProfit Group
  • Emerging Leaders Network: Corporate Group
  • Investing in Girls (IIG)
