Annual Conference 2012 Registration

To register for the NCRW 2012 Annual Conference, please complete the following steps. For questions, contact conference@ncrw.org.

Step 1: Fill out the online registration form.  Once you have input all the data, click “Submit” at the bottom of the page and return to this page to make your payment. 

Step 2: Please submit your payment -- (EARLY BIRD RATES AVAIALABLE UNTIL MAY 1, 2012)

  • $240 EARLY BIRD (NCRW Member Center, 1st Participant Rate)
  • $265 (NCRW Member Center, 1st Participant Rate)
  • $200 (Member Center, Additional NCRW Member Center Participant Rate)
  • $265 EARLY BIRD (General Public Rate)
  • $295 (General Public Rate)
  • $200 (General Public, Attending *One Day Only* Rate)
  • $75 (Student Rate) - must verify enrollment status to conference@ncrw.org

If you are paying by check send your CHECK to NCRW, 11 Hanover Square 24th Floor, New York, NY 10005 along with this form. 

If you are paying by CREDIT CARD directly to NCRW, and do NOT want to use Google Checkout, please submit this form to conference@ncrw.org or fax to 212-785-7350.

If you woudl like to pay by credit card Google Checkout please follow these instructions -- If you have a gmail account, you should LOG OUT BEFORE CLICKING THE “BUY NOW” button below, so it does not default to that address.  You will receive a receipt at whatever email address you use to log in. Logging in and setting up the account for this Conference does not obligate you to use Google Checkout for any future purchases. 

Step 3: If you are a full-time STUDENT please email confirmation of your Summer or Fall 2012 enrollment status to conference@ncrw.org. Please note that your registration will not be confirmed until your status is verified.
