
A new fact sheet from the Institute for Women's Policy Research finds that the ratio of women's and men's median annual earnings for full time/year-round workers was almost unchanged from 77.0 in 2010 to 77.4 in 2011, indicating that the gender wage gap for full time/year-round workers is now at 23 percent.
