Mallika Dutt Calls for the End of Violence Against Women at Clinton Global Initiative Conference

At the Opening Plenary of the Clinton Global Initiative conference this Tuesday, Mallika Dutt [2] took the stage with former President Bill Clinton and issued a call to end violence against women and the spread of HIV/AIDS.  Mallika Dutt is the executive director of Breakthrough [3].  She kindly spoke at our joint conference [4] with the U.S. National Committee for UNIFEM this June, presenting her latest campaign, Bell Bajao (Ring the Bell).
