Jackie Hoffman-Zehner

Jacki Hoffman-Zehner is the Managing Director, Executive Administration of Goldman, Sachs & Co. She is being honored today for her contributions to diversity in the corporate sector. Ms. Hoffman-Zehner joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in the mortgage securities department. In 1996, Ms. Hoffman-Zehner was the first woman trader to be invited to join Goldman, Sachs as a partner. In September,1999, she joined the Executive Office to manage the careers of the firm’s nearly 700 Managing Directors. In that capacity, she is responsible for shaping Goldman Sachs' current and future career development strategy with a special focus on women and minorities. The impact of her work will stretch into the new millennium.
