Patricia Fili-Krushel is Executive Vice President of Administration of AOL Time Warner Inc. In this role, Fili-Krushel works closely with the other members of AOL Time Warner's senior management team and its operating divisions on a variety of organizational, developmental and diversity issues. Her responsibilities include oversight of corporate human resources, employee development and growth, compensation and benefits, as well as security. Before joining AOL Time Warner, Fili-Krushel was CEO of Healtheon/WebMD from April 2000 to July 2001. Before joining Healtheon/WebMD, Fili-Krushel was President at ABC Television Network. In this position, she was responsible for all programming and business areas of the ABC Television Network. Fili-Krushel is past President of New York Women in Film and was on the executive committee and the Board of Governors of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Lifetime Television and the Advertising Council. Fili-Krushel currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Second Stage Theater and is a member of The National Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy's Media Task Force.
