Erin McHugh's book The L Life chronicles the lives of 26 "extraordinary lesbians" who have made their mark on the world, including Glee star Jane Lynch, author and graphic artist Alison Bechdel, NY City Council Speaker Christine C. Quinn, humorist Kate Clinton, and writer and former Essence executive editor Linda Villarosa.
