CENTER DESCRIPTION

Higher Education Resource Services (HERS) sponsors professional development activities to improve the status of women in higher education, including the HERS Bryn Mawr Summer Institute for Women in Higher Education Administration at Bryn Mawr College, the HERS Institute at Wellesley College, and the HERS Institute at the University of Denver. HERS also has a sister program, HERS-SA, based in Cape Town, South Africa. HERS-SA offers an annual HERS-SA Academy for Women in Higher Education in South Africa and other African nations.
