The Shift from Teen Dating Violence to Health Relationship Promotion: Losing the Gender Perspective

The Wellesley Centers for Women is holding a Lunchtime Seminar on The Shift from Teen Dating Violence to Health Relationship Promotion: Losing the Gender Perspective on November 1st. The seminar will explore how terms used to teach about interpersonal violence among youth in K-12 schools have changed in the last few decades as the preponderance of male violence in interpersonal relationships has been transformed into explanations that present relationship violence as mutually created, sustained, and experienced equivalently by males and females.
