Stalled Pipelines: Opening Pathways to Women's Leadership Claremont College October 13-14, 2011 Claremont College will host our 2011 Regional Conferencethat will connect NCRW member centers with colleagues, university leaders, and representatives from the non-profit, philanthropic, corporate, and policy communities to focus on current challenges, strategies, and how to advance women's leadership across sectors. All participants will have an opportunity to share best practices through informal and interactive discussions. Women of Color Policy Network at NYU Wagner School Announces 2011 National Fellows for Lead the Way Leadership Initiativefor Emerging Women of Color Executive Directors and Mid-Levels Each year, the Network scans the country for 30 of the brightest and most promising women of color leaders working in their communities on a range or pressing social issues from education to economic security. Over the course of the fellowship year, Fellows participate in a 5-day intensive leadership retreat and on-going learning with leadership coaches on issues related to program management and development; fundraising and sustainability; and communications and branding.
