As the economic crisis unfolds, there is talk again of the importance of emerging markets, innovation, market share and talent management. But what are we doing to enhance skills and engage a multicultural workforce for the 21st century? The Fourth Annual Diversity Summit at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center, Montgomery, AL (September 15, 2011) will seek to create dialogue around issues that are critical to business success.
