Emerging Leaders Network: Corporate Group
About the Network:
The Emerging Leaders Network of the National Council for Research on Women supports entry to mid-level professionals in their efforts to develop leadership skills and build professional partnerships across sectors. The network’s programmatic activities will address and provide insight into timely issues such as mentoring, changing demographics of employees, work/family issues, diversity, and new approaches to leadership. In addition to these programs, membership provides access to the Council’s extensive network of 120 leading U.S. research, advocacy, and policy centers, the Corporate Circle of senior women from more than 30 leading corporations, and the resources of more than 2,000 experts to ensure fully informed debate, policies, and practices to build a more inclusive and equitable world for women and girls. The membership is structured around a steering committee of 6-8 people whose aim is to organize the programming focused on an approximate membership over 50 women covering in all industries in the New York Metro region.
